In 2020, the total office stock of Poland’s nine largest cities grew by 6.2%, according to figures from Cushman & Wakefield. Yareal has sold two office buildings forming the Neopark campus complex in Warsaw's Mokotów district to a French fund managed by Amundi Real Estate.

Royal Wilanów, a mixed-use building in Warsaw owned and managed by the Capital Park Group, has two new tenants. The companies LUX MED and Hilti will soon move into the building. Thanks to these transactions, the entire building is now 100 percent leased.

MLP Group has released consolidated financial results for 2020, showing a net profit of €36.8 million (PLN 170 million), up 32% year on year. Equity (net assets) rose 29% in 2020, to PLN 1.21 billion, with gross investment property having expanded by the same percentage, to PLN 2.33 billion.
