Panattoni has completed and handed over a 25,000 sqm warehouse at Panattoni Park Szczecin VII. The building's main tenants are two logistics operators.
"The completion of Panattoni Park Szczecin VII marks another step in strengthening our position in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. The region is capitalising on its strengths – its location on the border with Germany, access to port infrastructure and a network of expressways. The development has already attracted international transport operators, who recognise the importance of Szczecin as a hub on Europe's logistics map," says Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, Managing Director at Panattoni.
Panattoni Park Szczecin VII is situated on the right bank of the Szczecin conurbation (Załom), with access to the S3 expressway and the A6 motorway. Its proximity to the German border and the port of Szczecin enables servicing of the domestic market and international distribution routes. The park is around 15 km from the centre of Szczecin and 150 km from Berlin.
The development has been designed for companies in the logistics, distribution and light manufacturing sectors. The space can be adapted to tenants' operational needs. The facility will be awarded a BREEAM environmental certificate at the Excellent level, incorporating solutions that promote energy efficiency and reduce energy and water consumption.
To date, Panattoni has delivered 880,000 sqm of industrial space in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship.
