Addleshaw Goddard (AG) has advised a US investor on the acquisition of Panattoni Park Poznań A2, a logistics complex located in Robakowo, Poland, for approximately €160 million. The asset is fully leased to H&M, which will continue to occupy the facility following the transaction.
The 150,000 sqm complex was developed by Panattoni and forms part of H&M's European distribution platform.
The AG team was led by Marta Strykowska-Sosnowska, managing associate, with support from Katarzyna Grodzka, senior associate, both from the Warsaw real estate practice. Tomasz Trystuła, partner, supervised the transaction. The broader real estate team included Aleksandra Stanulewicz, Piotr Śnihur, Anna Majkowska, Laura Andrzejewska and Wiktoria Czapla. Michał Nocoń, managing associate and co-head of the tax practice, and Jan Jurga, senior associate, advised on the tax aspects of the deal.
