Panattoni has commenced construction on City Logistics Łódź V, an urban logistics development totalling 42,000 sqm. The project, situated in the eastern district of the city, represents a strategic brownfield redevelopment designed to meet rising demand for last-mile delivery infrastructure.

Panattoni has begun developing a logistics centre in Warsaw for Toyota Logistics Services Poland. The project will be delivered as a build-to-suit (BTS) within the City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV complex and will comprise nearly 20,000 sqm of warehouse and logistics space, along with office and social facilities.

Panattoni has completed the sale of an automated e-grocery distribution centre, leased to Auchan in the Warsaw region, to French investment fund Corum XL, managed by Corum Asset Management.

Logistics company Kuehne+Nagel has taken over a completed industrial hall at Business Park Prague Airport II near the Central Bohemian village of Pavlov. The project was developed by Panattoni, with investment group Accolade as the investor.

The Czech Republic's modern industrial stock reached 13.59 million sqm in Q1 2026, according to the Industrial Research Forum. The quarter saw 307,000 sqm of new warehousing space delivered across 9 industrial parks, representing a 34% increase compared to the previous quarter and a 44% increase year-on-year.

Panattoni has announced that the construction of a new BTS facility within Panattoni Park Sosnowiec V is underway, with completion slated for the end of this year. The 11,000 sqm warehouse is being built for InPost, a leader in logistics services and owner of the Paczkomat parcel locker network. 

Logistics company HAVI has leased 10,000 sqm of space to operate a logistics centre for storage and distribution of frozen and chilled products for its clients in Panattoni Business Park Kladno, which is being developed on the brownfield site of the former Poldi Kladno steelworks.

Panattoni has secured €22.5 million financing from Bank Pekao for a build-to-suit project in Łódź for Zrew Transformatory. The funds will be used to build a power transformer manufacturing plant.

Panattoni and Fiege are expanding their partnership in western Poland through new agreements covering lease extensions and expansions at three sites: Panattoni Park Goleńiów I, Panattoni Park Zielona Góra I and Panattoni Park Gorzów I. The total additional space leased by Fiege amounts to nearly 21,000 sqm.
