The Vlněna complex developed by CTP in the centre of Brno is expanding its tenant portfolio with companies from the world of technology. 

Shell has renewed its lease at the DOT Park office complex in Kraków, signing for over 22,800 sqm across three buildings. The deal is the largest office lease in Poland in the first half of 2025 and the biggest single office transaction ever recorded in Kraków. Shell has operated at DOT Park since 2015, where its business operations centre employs more than 5,000 people.

CA Immo has successfully closed the sale of the office property Visionary in Holešovice, Prague 7, comprising approximately 25,500 sqm of gross lettable area.

In the Warsaw office market, tenants remain active and continue to seek offices in central locations despite the decreasing volume of newly delivered space. According to the BNP Real Estate Poland latest report, the current situation is influenced by the low supply of completed projects at the beginning of this year and planned investments in the coming years. Additionally, the decline in the vacancy rate translates into limited availability of space for tenants.

Affordable rents for office space in the centre of Prague have reached a historic high. At the same time, Prague is maintaining the lowest vacancy rate among CEE capitals, reports Colliers in its analysis of the office real estate market.
