Romanian real estate company Bucur, controlled by Longshield Investment Group, has purchased the CSDA Siriului office project in northern Bucharest for an undisclosed sum.

CA Immo has announced that the Saski Crescent office building in Warsaw is now fully leased following the signing of new contracts with three companies, which together took 3,500 sqm of space.
