The flexible office market in Bratislava has grown to 40,000 sqm, compared to 2020 it has almost doubled, CBRE's latest survey reports. Flexible offices and coworking spaces are equal to 2% of the total offer of modern office spaces in Bratislava.

By reconstructing the office building in Prague's Brumlovka, together with the optimisation of technology operation, Passerinvest Group reduced the building's energy demand by more than 50%. It included a complete renovation of the facade and roofs.
