AXI IMMO has appointed Piotr Kalisz as Head of Warsaw within its Office Advisory division, tasking him with developing the Warsaw tenant representation team and managing key client relationships. The appointment forms part of the company's broader strategy to expand its office advisory operations across Warsaw and regional markets.
Kalisz has been active in commercial real estate since 2010, specialising in office tenant representation. His background covers strategic advisory, office relocations, lease renegotiations and team management. He began his career at an international advisory firm, where he spent ten years building transactional expertise and rising to Associate Director. He subsequently worked in office design and fit-out before joining an international consultancy in May 2024 as Director of Tenant Representation, managing a nine-person team.
