Globalworth has signed agreements with Podium Investment Poland to acquire Podium Park in Kraków. Podium Park comprises three connected 11-storey buildings which will, on completion, have a total leasable area of ​​over 55,000 sqm, and it is one of the few office projects in Poland with BREEAM certificates at the highest possible level - Outstanding.

The stock of modern offices in the major regional centres of Romania - Cluj-Napoca, Timișoara, Iași and Brașov - will reach the threshold of 1 million square meters in 2020, with a delay of almost one year compared to the initial estimates. Despite the fact that 2019 was a record year in terms of deliveries, with a volume of nearly 130,000 square meters, according to Cushman & Wakefield Echinox's Office Market Regional Cities report.

In Q3 2019, the total office stock in Prague reached 3.59 million sqm, according to Colliers International. Completions include two new and one refurbished property: Dock In Three in Prague 8 (16,000 sqm), Argentinská Office Building in Prague 7 (5,800 sqm) and the refurbished Life Building C in Prague 4 (11,100 sqm).

CBRE assisted the Hexagon group of companies in selling a portfolio of three office buildings in Cluj-Napoca. By adding this new transaction, the volume of real estate investments reaches almost €200 million in Cluj-Napoca, thus maintaining its attractivity after Bucharest, in terms of real estate investment.

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as sole letting agent for Cybernetyki 19A and Cybernetyki 19B, two office buildings of the Dantex Plaza complex.

AFI Europe N.V. and NEPI Rockcastle announced the conclusion of the transaction for the acquisition of NEPI Rockcastle’s office portfolio in Romania, with a total GLA of 118,500 square meters. The transaction value is in excess of €300 million.

GTC has closed the sale of the 16,100 sqm Neptun Office Center in Gdańsk to buyer CBRE Global Investors. The Class A office building is located in Gdańsk Wrzeszcz, at Aleja Grunwaldzka. Completed in 2014, Neptun Office Center offers 16,100 sqm of modern office space and 160 parking spaces.

Balance Hall, a 16,000-sqm office building with a "Very Good" BREEAM certification, has been delivered in early December 2019 on Budapest's Váci Corridor. With this new addition, the Balance Office Park office complex has grown to nearly 35,000 sqm. CPI group reported an over 75% occupancy rate upon delivery, based on already signed contracts.

GTC has just obtained a building permit for a new office project in Katowice. Once finished, the Class A building will offer 18,315 sqm of state-of-the-art office space over 5 floors in the heart of Katowice. The building, inspired by Katowice’s modernist architecture, is designed by JEMS Architects.

In October 2021, global IT leader GlobalLogic will occupy 10,000 sqm under a new lease agreement in Wrocław Business Park – Strzegomska Park. The landlord will pull down part of the existing office complex to make way for a new bespoke building to fulfil the tenant’s requirements - the first such transaction in the history of the Wrocław office market. With this deal, GlobalLogic, as a leader in the IT industry, is, therefore, setting new trends on the local office market. GlobalLogic was advised on the transaction by Cushman & Wakefield.
