MVGM has taken over the management of Forum 76, the office building located in Łódź and belonging to Benson Elliot and Sharow Capital. Sharow Capital is responsible for asset management. The handover of the building took place in March, during the server lockdown measures that have been implemented in Poland. The majority of the process has had to be completed virtually.

Forum 76 was one of the first Class A office building in Łódź and is located on the corner of Piłsudskiego and Kopcińska Streets, offering 7,700 sqm.

„This has been a unique situation, which we have all been dealing with for several weeks, which has meant that we needed to create and implement new working methods and new ways of building the relationships with tenants and customers. Now as never before, the access to new technologies enabling companies to maintain their business continuity, is becoming crucial. These are technological solutions that have enabled us to efficiently complete the takeover of property management in Łódź. Forum 76 is the third facility, after Opera Office in Gdańsk and Diamentum Office in Wrocław, which we manage for Sharow Capital”, says Katarzyna Jaśkiewicz, Client Account Director at MVGM.

The handover of the property involved numerous videoconferences with both the landlord and subcontractors who carry out some of the processes related to facility management. The completion of the process was made possible with the use of the Virtual Data Room.
