Romanian investor Dragos Dragoteanu, the owner of local real estate company Euroest Invest, plans to develop an office project on a land plot he owns near Victoriei Square in central Bucharest, Ziarul Financiar reports.

The 3,372 sqm land plot is currently used as the most expensive parking lot in Romania. A one-hour stay there costs €12.4 (RON 60), six times more than the hourly fee the Bucharest municipality charges in the area.

The project could see the construction three office building with 4, 11, and 15 stories above ground.
