Colliers International has taken over the management of Biura przy Willi, an office building which belongs to the Browary Warszawskie project developed by Echo Investment.

This multifunctional quarter of the city is made up of revitalized buildings of the former Haberbusch and Schiele brewery, as well as office buildings, residential buildings, proprietary restaurants, cafés, commercial premises and public city squares. The investment is being developed at Grzybowska Street in Warsaw’s Wola district.

With 15 floors above the ground, Biura przy Willi is the tallest of the three office buildings that form a part of the complex. Its total area is ca. 16,000 sqm. Tenants have access to underground parking spaces, and infrastructure is ready for cyclists. The building has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.

Biura przy Willi is located in the immediate vicinity of the revitalized Schiele Villa, and together with the completed building of the Offices at the Gate, and the first city square invites one to the heart of the whole investment – the historical cellars of the Leżakownia and the Rynek Warzelni. The Eastern wall of the building is the frontage of the newly built Haberbusch and Schiele Street.

“Biura przy Willi is yet another property under management by Colliers since April 2020. It gives hope for a good start to the second quarter, despite the challenging circumstances following the global COVID-19 pandemic. It is also Echo Investment’s third investment under Colliers’ management, following My Place (stage I) in Warsaw and Face2Face (stage I) in Katowice. We are glad that our cooperation will be extended by another prestigious property,” says Agnieszka Krzekotowska, Partner and Director of the Property Management at Colliers International.
