Belgian developer Atenor has received an occupancy permit for Building A of its Aréna Business Campus complex, located on Budapest’s Hungária Boulevard.
The developer launched the 72,000 office project in the spring of 2018. The 21,000 sqm Building A was delivered on time, according to the original schedule.
The construction of Building B, which will be completed by Q2 2021, is also moving forward as planned.
