Romania’s real estate market and investment opportunities will take centre stage at EXPO REAL 2026 in Munich. Hosted by AHK Romania with the support of Property Forum, Spotlight on Romania @ EXPO REAL 2026 will bring together investors, developers, public authorities and other industry stakeholders on 5 October for an evening of market insights and networking.
Taking place from 17:00 at Messe München, Stand A1.241, the event will provide a dedicated platform for discussing current opportunities across the Romanian real estate market and connecting international investors with local decision-makers.
Following welcoming remarks from AHK Romania and Property Forum, a Q&A session will feature representatives from different areas of the Romanian market. Public-sector perspectives will be provided by the City of Oradea, Region Mureș and ADR Centru, while companies including Nhood, REC Partners, Quadratum Architecture, Zeblex and The Concept Group will contribute insights from the development, architecture and consultancy sides of the industry.
The discussion will focus on investment and development opportunities in Romania, giving EXPO REAL visitors an opportunity to gain a closer understanding of individual markets, projects and the wider business environment.
The formal programme will be followed by a networking reception, providing an informal setting for participants to establish new cross-border connections. Guests will also have the opportunity to discover a selection of Romanian wines during a dedicated wine tasting.
Spotlight on Romania @ EXPO REAL 2026 takes place on 5 October 2026 at 17:00 at Stand A1.241, Messe München. Participation is free of charge for EXPO REAL 2026 ticket holders.
