According to a survey conducted by Savills involving real estate investors with total EME assets under management exceeding €500 billion, European multifamily, big box logistics, urban logistics, CBD offices and student housing are the top five sectors that investors are looking to invest in over the next 12 months.

Property developer and investor Prime Kapital has unveiled plans for an urban regeneration project in Cluj-Napoca, on a land plot of 17.1 hectares that previously hosted an industrial platform. 

Office leasing across the country totaled 108,747 sqm in Q3, up 9% compared to the same period of last year, with Bucharest, Iași and Cluj-Napoca recording the biggest volume of transactions, according to real estate consultancy Fortim Trusted Advisors.

The Prague office real estate market reached several records in the first nine months of 2022. It marked year-on-year records in the growth of new office space, record demand from tenants, and even much more office space was leased this year than a year earlier, according to JLL's regular quarterly analysis.     

According to Savills, development activity has cooled dramatically in the Warsaw office market. There is currently close to 230,000 sqm under construction, of which just over 115,000 sqm is scheduled for completion in 2023–2024.

Since the beginning of the year, five companies have decided to lease a total of 10,000 sqm of office space in Warsaw Spire C, which is almost half of the building. The majority of contracts are renewals of existing leases, two contracts were concluded as green leases. The occupancy rate in Warsaw Spire C is currently over 96%.

Pavăl Holding, the investment vehicle of the Pavăl family, has purchased first phase of the U•Center office project in the Tineretului area of Bucharest from Romanian developer Forte Partners for an undisclosed sum. 

Penta Real Estate secured one of the largest office contracts in the Czech Republic in Q3 2022. Fio banka's headquarters will move to the Masaryčka office complex, designed by London-based architectural studio Zaha Hadid, in spring 2024, Seznamzprávy.cz reports.

Around 500 colleagues based in Hungary’s second-biggest city will move to the new location, state-of-the-art Forest Offices in 2023.
