The owner of the former Radetzky-barracks, Market Group has topped out the development of this mixed-use property. The 19th-century building will be transformed into a high-class hotel and office complex, portfolio.hu reports.
Construction is well underway as the developer Market Asset Management Zrt. and the general constructor Market Építő Zrt. announced. After the topping-out ceremony, internal works have begun.
The Bem Center office complex will offer 20,000 sqm of office and retail space. The handover is scheduled for Q4 2023.
The five-star Kimpton hotel is to be finished in Q4 2024 and will offer 127 rooms, managed by InterContinental Hotels Group.
