Peakside Capital has completed the comprehensive refurbishment of a recently purchased mixed-use property in Brno. The building has been rebranded to Centrum Vídeňská and has been given a new logo. The renovation mainly focused on improving the quality of the common areas.
One United Properties has obtained the building permit for the first phase of One Cotroceni Park, an 80,000 sqm Gross Lettable Area (GLA) business park.

Companies Iulius and Atterbury Europe have opened the Iulius Town mixed-use project in Timișoara, the largest investment in the region, adding up to a total of €442 million. Iulius Town entailed integrating Iulius Mall Timișoara into an extensive urban regeneration project, completing it with retail, office and entertainment uses.
The reconstruction of Magazinului Bucuresti, the former universal shop located at the crossroads of Lipscani Street and I.C. Bratianu Boulevard in Bucharest, will be finalized by the end of this year. The new building will accommodate diverse concepts, from retail and services spaces to office, co-working or dining spaces. Colliers International Romania was assigned as exclusive agent for the leasing of the project.
AFI Europe has signed a pre-sale agreement with Plaza Centers N.V. for the acquisition of 75% of the shares in the Casa Radio Project, for the price of €60 million.

Echo Investment has leased 8,500 sqm of commercial space to the Kaufland chain in the shopping center at Opieńskiego Street. The store will be opened in April 2021.
Barbora, the owner of the e-grocery store Barbora.pl, has leased 6,000 sqm of warehouse and office space in Ożarów II Logistics Centre. The tenant was represented during the transaction process by Cushman & Wakefield.

Olga will be responsible for the commercialization of buildings from the Patrizia portfolio, including N21, Metron and G9, as well as the Central Point building, currently under construction in the centre of Warsaw.

Ciprian Sîrbu has over 10 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, and industrial supply chain, completed by 7 years in which he worked in the IT field. His role within JLL is to provide advice to customers in streamlining the supply chain like the need for such services increases.
