Fort Wola in Warsaw has expanded its functions by introducing office space, continuing the trend of repositioning older retail assets into mixed-use destinations.

Echo Investment has completed the structural works on two office buildings within the WITA mixed-use development in central Kraków. A traditional topping-out ceremony was held to mark the milestone, with completion of the entire complex scheduled for early 2026.

Local developer One United Properties has signed a preliminary agreement to acquire a plot of land located on the former FLARO industrial platform in Sibiu.

Construction of the Emonika complex in Ljubljana has entered its next phase, marked by a groundbreaking ceremony hosted by OTP Group at the project site.
