DL Invest Group has taken over the Craft office building in Katowice from Ghelamco and will change its functions. DL Craft will become a multifunctional complex offering premium office space, a hotel, restaurants and a medical clinic. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed.

Following the approval of the local zoning plan in September 2024, Nowy Wełnowiec is entering the implementation phase. The 30-hectare revitalised site formerly occupied by the Silesia Metallurgical Plant in Katowice will become home to a mixed-use district with predominantly residential functions. Nearly a third of the area will be dedicated to open green spaces. The Capital Park Group is responsible for the implementation and management of the project. The architectural concept comes from the JEMS Architekci studio. The investor has received permission to modernise the former compressor house building since the beginning of the 20th century.

Mendota Invest, OTP Group's subsidiary has received a final building permit for a mixed-use complex at the heart of the Slovenian capital. Construction work will begin in March. The estimated value of the entire investment is more than €350 million. The entire project is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.

LemonTree will build Booster Zabrze in cooperation with Commercecon. It will be business complex with offices and service and logistics space, with a total area of 111,000 sqm, as well as green and public spaces. Vilnius-based developer Releven has announced the receipt of a construction permit for the Horizontai project on the right bank of the River Neris at 59 Lvivo Street. With an estimated cost of €220 million, the Horizontai project aims to shape the landscape of the Central Business District (CBD) in Vilnius.

Plots with a total area of ​​4.5 ha at the intersection of Vajnorská and Odborárská streets in the neighbourhood of Istrochem in Bratislava were acquired by Penta Real Estate for an unspecified price in 2022. Through its subsidiary UNL, Penta has now submitted its investment plan to the authorities for an environmental impact assessment, reports DenníkN.
