Develia Group has signed a preliminary agreement with an investment fund managed by Adventum Group to sell all its shares in Wrocław Sky Tower. The sale price set at €84.4 million, will be reduced by the value of unpaid incentives for tenants. Finalization of the transaction is expected at the end of 2021.

Property developer Vastint is looking to secure permits to kick off the construction of the second phase of its mixed-use project Timpuri Noi Square (TNS) located in Bucharest. 

Local developer Crestyl plans to build six office buildings as part of the new Prague district Hagibor in the vicinity of Želivského metro station. The construction of the first phase, in which EP Real Estate is also involved, will start this year. Crestyl is also gradually building five residential buildings on the site. The cost of the entire project will exceed €350 million (CZK 9 billion), local daily E15 reports.

The 46-month revitalization of the Norblin Factory in Warsaw's Wola district, carried out by Capital Park Group, has come to an end. The complex has been granted an occupancy permit. The largest-ever office development in Slovenia is taking shape as Slovak developer Corwin has released new information, the official name and the first visualizations of their 40,000 sqm office-retail project on Vilharjeva street.

Construction works on the new bus station in the Nivy complex on Mlynské Nivy Street in Bratislava are in their final stages. Developer HB Reavis is already fine-tuning the details, testing lighting, technology and information systems. The terminal will be airport-style with 36 platforms, seven drop-off points and 86 bus stands with barrier-free access, the company informs in a press release.
