Greykite European Real Estate Fund I, its affiliates, and White Star Real Estate have announced key milestones in the transformation of the Digital Ursus site in Warsaw, signalling the successful early repositioning of a former logistics property into a strategic digital infrastructure hub.

Lion's Head Investments has secured the building permit for its first logistics park in Romania. The company will invest €65 million in the industrial project located in Popești-Leordeni, near Bucharest, for which construction is slated to start in Q3 2025.

Following the signing of a new lease agreement, the company has expanded its leased space by almost 18,000 square meters, reaching a total of 41,000 square meters in one of Prologis’ key logistics parks in the region. 

Panattoni has completed construction and handed over a manufacturing and logistics facility to Valmet Automotive - a supplier of roof and kinematic systems for the automotive industry. The investment, realised in a build-to-suit (BTS) format, expands the existing factory in Żary.
