Panattoni has completed Panattoni Park Kraków North, its largest project in Małopolska with an area of over 56,500 sqm. Trivium Packaging is to occupy around 21,000 sqm while Almus is to take up over 25,000 sqm. These are two of the largest leases signed by Panattoni in the region.

MDC2, together with the investor, Invesco Real Estate, finalized the lease of 10,784 sqm of space in MDC2 Park Gliwice. The tenant is an international manufacturer providing comprehensive IT solutions for energy markets, service providers, enterprises and industrial markets.

Warehouse developer LCube has secured planning permission for another of its investments – Lcube Mszczonów. The project calls for the development of an industrial and warehouse park, spanning approximately 31,500 square meters on a nearly 8-hectare site.

Panattoni has received financing from BNP Paribas Bank Polska for the largest industrial park in Bydgoszcz. The €54 million loan is for the developer to finance Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz IV – a 110,000 sqm complex of three buildings that was handed over in July this year and is now 90% commercialised

Panattoni received a BREEAM Outstanding in the International New Construction system for Panattoni Park Konin. It is already the fourth investment by the developer in Europe with the highest rating in this system. The total area of its buildings confirmed by an ecological certificate has already exceeded 12 million sqm, and another 4.5 million sqm is in the certification process, including five BREEAM Outstanding investments and DGNB Platinium.

P3 Logistic Parks has acquired a 30-ha plot of land in Dachowa near Poznań. The site will become the new P3 Poznań III park, which will enrich the developer’s current portfolio in the Wielkopolska region.

MLP Group has purchased an additional 6 hectares of land adjacent to the MLP Poznań West logistics centre. This will allow the construction of another 30,000 sqm of warehouse space. As a result, the target space of the complex has increased to more than 170,000 sqm. The existing plot of land has already been fully developed, with all facilities 100% leased.

Panattoni has launched the construction of its fifth park in Ruda Śląska. The new project will comprise two buildings with a combined area of 66,300 sqm. Santander has awarded a loan of €30 million for the development of the park and already half the space in the complex has been leased by Regesta.

Globalworth, the developer of office and industrial projects in Romania, has completed a solar plant installation on the rooftop of its Industrial Park West in Oradea.

This trend reflects not only the progressive modernisation of the energy sector but also the gradual move away from dependence on fossil fuels. Within this wave of innovation, we are also seeing extensive technological modifications being carried out in parallel on many buildings, aiming at an overall cut in energy consumption. One of the largest rooftop solar power plants to date is at the Urbanity Campus Tachov industrial park, with a reported installed capacity of 5 MW and an approximate annual production of more than 5,000 MWh of electricity, says 108 Agency in its latest report.
