Moravian-Silesian region, along with the Ústí nad Labem and Central Bohemian regions, has ranked among the areas with the strongest investor interest, according to the Business Properties and Brownfields publication by CzechInvest. The DMC Paskov site is one of the most recent examples.

The Specjał Capital Group has expanded its presence at MLP Poznań by leasing an additional 6,400 sqm of space for warehousing, including cold and freezer storage. At the same time, the company extended its existing lease, bringing the total area it occupies at the site to more than 22,000 sqm. The move also involved relocating the Specjał Śrem branch to the new facility. Newmark Polska represented the tenant during the leasing process.

Industrial developer Hillwood has announced its strategic expansion into the Romanian market, marking a significant development of its European footprint that includes Poland, Germany and the UK.

Harden Construction is developing two industrial halls as part of Panattoni Park Warsaw North III in Kobyłka, just 25 km from central Warsaw. The project, which started in Q2 2025, is set for completion in Q4 2025. The halls will have areas of 13,000 sqm (Hall A) and 33,000 sqm (Hall B). One of the tenants, PBS Connect, will occupy 24,000 sqm in Hall B.

Romania is increasingly establishing itself as a key industrial hub within CEE driven by a confluence of factors including production relocation, burgeoning investments in logistics, and a heightened focus on ESG standards, finds a Colliers report.

Industrial rents in Romania remain among the lowest in the EMEA, despite a significant 15% increase since 2019, according to a report by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

7R has acquired a 140,000 sqm site in Stara Wieś, Mazowieckie Voivodeship. The plot will be used to develop more than 60,000 sqm of warehouse space, designed for logistics, warehousing, and built-to-own or built-to-suit projects.

The industrial area in the northeast of Jihlava, called Hruškové Dvory, is growing. The door manufacturer, the Jihlava-based Doornite company, has received a permit to build a new production hall.
