Panattoni has secured another tenant for its development in Lower Silesia – Wrocław Campus 2. Sellpy, a digital platform for secondhand and other products, will launch a distribution warehouse in Wrocław, occupying approximately 38,000 sqm.

Revetas Capital has commenced construction of a new logistics building at Sofia Airport Center (SAC).

Industrial developer CTP has leased 29,000 sqm of industrial space plus 41,000 sqm of outdoor storage to Windar Renovables at CTPark Legnica in southwest Poland. The Spanish renewable energy company will build its second wind turbine tower manufacturing facility in the country.

German group Ireks, a producer of baking ingredients for bread and confectionery, has acquired a 13,000 sqm land plot in Chitila, near Bucharest, in a deal brokered by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
