Industrial developer Panattoni has secured €24 million in financing from Bank Pekao for the construction of Panattoni Park Białystok III, currently the only Class A facility available to tenants in the Podlaskie Voivodeship.
The investment, covering an area of over 32,000 sqm, is being developed near the Białystok-Zachód junction (S8), with completion planned for the first quarter of 2026.
"Financing Panattoni's third investment in the Białystok area strengthens our strategy of developing industrial space in emerging markets outside the country's main logistics centres," says Emilia Taczewska-Trojańska, Head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni. "The support of Bank Pekao allows us to implement projects that raise the standard of local infrastructure and strengthen the potential of the regions."
The developer has already signed lease agreements for approximately 75% of the space in the hall under construction. Tenants include a courier company, a logistics operator and two companies from the retail sector.
Panattoni Park Białystok III is located in Choroszcz, offering warehouse space 16 km from the centre of Białystok. The investment will undergo Breeam environmental certification at the level and will be equipped with solutions to reduce energy and water consumption, including electric vehicle charging stations.
