Harden Construction, a general contractor specialising in industrial facilities, completed projects totalling 1 million sqm over the past five years.

The company launched at the beginning of 2020, during a period when the construction sector faced challenges from the pandemic and subsequent economic turbulence related to the war in Ukraine, disrupted supply chains, and sharp increases in material costs. Despite these circumstances, Harden Construction steadily increased its scale of operations. The team grew from two people in 2020 to 100 employees currently, with total revenues of PLN 2.8 billion (€664 million) achieved between 2020-2025.

Over five years, Harden Construction has completed 30 projects in key industrial locations across Poland. Clients include global corporations and major Polish companies such as Samsung Electronics, Panattoni, InPost, Grupa Raben, and Fabryka Mebli Wersal. Two buildings constructed by the company received BREEAM Outstanding certification, the highest rating in this system.

The company currently continues work on major investments including a Sika Poland production facility in Brześć Kujawski, City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV in Warsaw, a PCF Procefar distribution centre in Stryków, and an InPost logistics centre in Sosnowiec. "We plan to strengthen our position in the industrial and logistics facilities segment, but we're also preparing to enter new industries and markets," concludes Łukasz Kozerski, Operations Director at Harden Construction.

The carbon cost is already in your building. You just can't see it yet

by Property Forum
A structural shift is rewriting the financial logic of European commercial real estate. It isn't being driven by ESG pressure or voluntary sustainability labels. It's being driven by regulation — and the numbers are concrete enough that ignoring them is becoming a financial risk. A recent white paper by workcloud24 traces the mechanism in detail: how the operational energy and CO₂ performance of a building transmits into net operating income, asset value, and financing conditions. The argument isn't that green buildings are virtuous. It's that inefficient buildings are becoming measurably more expensive to own, operate, and finance.
