Jet Investment, the Czech investment and fund management company, has acquired a logistics project in Poland for €50 million.

The property, named Jet Industrial Park Gdańsk, covers 15.2 hectares in Będzieszyn, located 15 kilometres south of Gdańsk on the S6 national route. Two warehouse buildings with a total area of 65,820 sqm will be built on the site, with storage heights of 12 metres.

Construction is scheduled to begin in Q1 2026. The project has obtained a building permit and will create Class A warehouse space. Sharow Asset Management has been appointed as the leasing consultant.

"The transaction near Gdańsk, in an area in the logistics chain of CEE, is our seventh investment in Poland," said Jan Kos, Director of Real Estate Acquisition at Jet Investment. "We are committed to providing logistics facilities at an institutional level. We are striving to obtain the highest possible BREEAM certification for the facility."

The location offers access to the Port of Gdańsk, the leading container port in the Baltic Sea. After the expansion of the Baltic Hub, its transshipment capacity will increase by 3 million TEU to 4.5 million TEU per year. The port offers direct transoceanic connections with Asia and serves as a maritime gateway to CEE markets.
