BIG Poland will open its BIG Olkusz retail park on 22 October 2026, developed in cooperation with BOIG The Blue Ocean Investment Group. The scheme covers 13,500 sqm GLA and brings the company's operating portfolio to 14 retail parks with approximately 271,500 sqm GLA across Poland.

The park is located at Sławkowska and Centralna streets in Olkusz, with direct access from national road DK94. Kaufland will serve as the grocery anchor tenant, occupying approximately 4,500 sqm, while a two-level HalfPrice store will cover approximately 2,260 sqm. Around 350 parking spaces will be available to customers. The tenant mix also includes fashion, everyday retail and services.

The opening forms part of BIG Poland's growth strategy, which combines acquisitions of operating assets, new developments and extensions of existing properties. The company works with local developers to combine market knowledge and development expertise with its own capital and retailer relationships.

"Regional markets remain an important part of our investment strategy, but we assess each location on its own merits. In Olkusz, accessibility, catchment potential and retailer demand gave us a clear basis for developing a park that can serve everyday shopping needs over the long term," said Eran Levy, CEO of BIG Poland. "Following the opening, our focus will be on working closely with tenants, building repeat visits and strengthening the property's position in its local market."

The opening event takes place on 22 October from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and includes aerial acrobatics, a fire show and a bicycle stunt show, alongside music and competitions. BIG Poland has been active in Poland since 2022 and has three further projects in preparation in Piła, Konstantynów Łódzki and Bolesławiec.
