MDC2 and its partner Generali Real Estate have concluded a lease agreement for an 11,000 sqm building with InPost at MDC2 Park Kraków South. This will be a BTS (built to suit), customised building located on a plot of land prepared exclusively for InPost.

Amazon has extended its lease for over 36,200 sqm of warehouse space and 2,000 sqm of office space at the Hillwood Łódź Górna logistics centre.

CTP has started the construction of its new 46,600 sqm industrial and logistics park in Toruń, Poland. CTPark Toruń will be an urban warehouse with flexible lease modules for small businesses - known as CTBox and CTFlex. Hungarian developer Faedra Group has kicked off the construction of two industrial and logistics warehouses in Budapest, covering a total of more than 21,000 sqm, following an investment of more than €23 million. 

European Logistics Investment (ELI), a logistics platform operating in the Polish market owned by Redefine Properties, Madison International Realty, and Griffin Capital Partners, has completed the construction of two warehouses in Silesia. The first is in Knurów and has been fully leased to Fortaco Group; the second is located in Ruda Śląska and is let to Konimpex.
