Industrial developer CTP is expanding FM Logistic's facility at CTPark Bucharest by an additional 10,300 sqm, strengthening the partnership between the two companies. Following the expansion, FM Logistic will operate approximately 116,000 sqm across CTP's industrial parks in Romania.

The share of tenant-favourable markets is expected to fall from the current 52% to 33% by 2029. This is being driven by declining vacancy and limited supply of space as the share of landlord-favourable markets is set to rise from 26% to 39% in 2029, according to Cushman & Wakefield's report, which analyses 135 logistics markets worldwide,

Eika Asset Management has acquired a 9-hectare site in Skawina, part of the Kraków metropolitan area, where, together with partner Panattoni, it will develop the 46,000+ sqm logistics complex Panattoni Park Kraków West IV, EAM announced on LinkedIn.

MLP Group has started construction of MLP Rzeszów, in thePodkarpackie region, which will total approximately 65,000 sqm of warehouse and light industrial space. The first phase comprises a 26,000 sqm facility, scheduled for completion this December.

Peakside Capital Advisors has started construction of Building B within the City Point Targówek complex, an urban logistics and light industrial park within the city limits of Warsaw. The facility will deliver more than 12,400 sqm of warehouse and light industrial space, addressing demand from businesses seeking flexible operational units in well-connected urban locations.
