Panattoni has signed a lease agreement with ILS, the logistics arm of Inter Cars Group, for over 165,000 sqm of space at Panattoni Park Katowice Airport. The deal is among the largest industrial leasing transactions in Silesia, with the facility scheduled for handover in the fourth quarter of 2028.

Prologis has signed a lease agreement with GEM Logistics s.r.o. for over 5,000 sqm at DC2 in Prologis Park Brno-Syrovice, near Brno in South Moravia. The Czech transport and logistics company will use the facility as a distribution centre for smaller consignments and orders handled by delivery vans, with operations characterised by a high frequency of vehicle movements and a need for fast shipment handling.

Panattoni Hungary has completed the second building at Panattoni Park Moson in Mosonmagyaróvár, receiving an occupancy permit for the approximately 24,000 sqm facility. The two halls now together provide close to 51,000 sqm of logistics and warehouse space. The first building comprises nearly 27,000 sqm, and the second received its permit in August, having been delivered in approximately six months thanks to favourable weather conditions and careful technical scheduling. The entire park is occupied by FIEGE Szállítmányozási és Logisztikai Kft., the Hungarian subsidiary of the international logistics group. The roughly HUF 10 billion investment is financed by the Recorde Panattoni RPM Ingatlanbefektetési Alap, managed by Recorde Alapkezelő Zrt., a subsidiary of the Concorde Group. The second building was constructed by Goldbeck Hungária Kft.

EQT Exeter Logistics Value Fund IV, operating as EQT Real Estate, has signed a build-to-suit lease agreement with DHL Supply Chain for a dedicated logistics facility at EQT Real Estate Park Gliwice I in Upper Silesia, Poland. The 25,300 sqm facility, designated Hall B, is already under construction and handover to DHL Supply Chain is planned for late 2026.

The appearance of industrial parks in the Czech Republic is changing, with developers investing not only in technical specifications but also in architecture, green spaces and employee amenities, according to an analysis by Colliers. Facades are increasingly adorned with greenery, artworks or motifs referencing local history. For example, the main facade of a distribution centre at Panattoni Park Cheb features a motif of houses from the city's historic centre, with a facade measuring nearly 700 metres in length and 15 metres in height. Brownfield sites are also being adapted, with some preserving original industrial elements such as exposed brickwork or steel beams.

RC Europe is preparing to develop RC Zone Přerov, a new industrial park located approximately 300 metres from a D1 motorway exit, between Brno and Ostrava. The project, which has received a final and binding building permit, will comprise three buildings with a total leasable area of approximately 48,400 sqm, intended primarily for manufacturing and related warehousing. Construction is scheduled to begin in October 2026, with delivery expected in phases over 12 to 14 months. Total investment will exceed CZK 3 billion.

LemonTree has completed the second phase of Booster Zabrze, a warehouse complex in Upper Silesia. Three new buildings with a total area of nearly 59,000 sqm have been added to the existing infrastructure, bringing the park to its target size of 111,000 sqm. Commercecon served as the general contractor for both phases.

PHOENIX Pharma Zrt. has expanded its warehouse at East Gate Business Park in Fót, near Budapest, increasing its floor area from 8,000 to 11,200 sqm. The expansion, which represents a 40 percent increase in capacity, brings total storage to 17,000 pallet positions. The facility is part of the portfolio managed by WING Industrial, a sub-brand of Hungarian real estate group WING.

P3 Logistic Parks has welcomed two new tenants to its P3 Plzeň Myslinka industrial park. Outdoor concept, a developer and distributor of outdoor clothing and equipment operating under the Hannah and Rafiki brands, and logistics provider Raben have both begun operations at the site from September, expanding the tenant mix at the younger of P3's two Plzeň-area parks.

CTP has signed two new leases totalling more than 104,000 sqm at CTPark Iłowa in western Poland, as demand from Asian-linked e-commerce supply chains and third-party logistics (3PL) operators grows across Europe. A Chinese fast-fashion e-commerce platform serving European customers has taken 66,214 sqm of gross leasable area (GLA) across two buildings of 46,595 sqm and 19,619 sqm respectively, while an international 3PL operator has signed for 37,801 sqm to support its logistics and distribution operations.
