Industrial developer 7R has signed a long-term lease agreement with GXO for approximately 26,000 sqm of warehouse space at 7R Park Lavičky. The modern complex is being developed in a joint venture with Czech investment fund Wood & Company.

BSH, the manufacturer of Bosch and Siemens domestic appliances, has relocated production to a new factory in Rudna Wielka, near Rzeszów. The small domestic appliances production facility was built by Panattoni with a total project value of almost €130 million. 

CHS – Immobilien has sold the Orifarm Hostivice logistics and office complex on the western outskirts of Prague to a private investor for an undisclosed sum.

Gridarch has granted early access to tenants of Phase III halls at Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park, allowing entry before building permit approval. DP World, the logistics operator for BMW Group, has begun installing technologies and preparing operations for the distribution centre.

Harden Construction has completed the third hall spanning 39,000 sqm at the Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II production and warehouse complex. 

Hillwood Polska has finalised a portfolio financing transaction with Bank Pekao S.A., covering four warehouse projects: Hillwood Rawicz, Hillwood & Lcube Wrocław East, Hillwood Łazy (phases I and II) and Hillwood Łódź Chocianowice. The total credit amount is €160 million. The portfolio covered by the transaction offers a combined 310,000 sqm of leasable space.

Panattoni is beginning work on its first development in Bytom. Panattoni Park Bytom will provide over 132,000 sqm of industrial space, with 100,000 sqm already let to Latex Opony. Completion is scheduled for May 2027.

The rapidly growing European data centre market is expected to generate additional demand for approximately 780,000 sqm of logistics space over the next three years across the five major European markets of Frankfurt, London, Amsterdam, Paris, and Dublin, according to a Savills report. There are currently 231 data centres under construction across Europe.

Panattoni has completed the Panattoni Park Białystok III logistics complex covering over 32,000 sqm, located in Choroszcz.

7R has completed a manufacturing and warehouse facility for Toppoint in Brzezie near Sulechów in Zielona Góra County. The Build-To-Own investment spans nearly 35,000 sqm, including 32,455 sqm of manufacturing and warehouse space plus over 2,400 sqm of office and staff amenity areas.
