Segro is building a new, custom-fit facility for Corning Optical Communications, a provider of solutions for AI data centres and fibre to the home. Corning's existing operational base is being expanded with a third production and logistics building within Segro Logistics Park Stryków.

Logistics company HAVI has leased 10,000 sqm of space to operate a logistics centre for storage and distribution of frozen and chilled products for its clients in Panattoni Business Park Kladno, which is being developed on the brownfield site of the former Poldi Kladno steelworks.

Panattoni has secured €22.5 million financing from Bank Pekao for a build-to-suit project in Łódź for Zrew Transformatory. The funds will be used to build a power transformer manufacturing plant.

MLP Group has secured one of Poland's largest independent logistics operators for a new facility at MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski. Under a long-term lease agreement, the tenant will launch an operational centre in a dedicated warehouse facility scheduled for completion in Q4 2026.

Innovinia has announced that its 15,000 sqm warehouse at IGPark Kecskemét South, completed last year, has reached nearly 100% occupancy, following a lease agreement with an international logistics provider.

Logistics developer Logicor has signed a new lease agreement with CHS, a Hungarian IT distribution company, for 5,580 sqm of warehouse space at Logicor Alligator Park in Budaörs, bringing the property to 100% occupancy.

Panattoni and Fiege are expanding their partnership in western Poland through new agreements covering lease extensions and expansions at three sites: Panattoni Park Goleńiów I, Panattoni Park Zielona Góra I and Panattoni Park Gorzów I. The total additional space leased by Fiege amounts to nearly 21,000 sqm.

Arete has completed the disposal of Arete Park Trenčín, a fully leased industrial asset in Slovakia with a total gross leasable area of approximately 5,600 sqm, to Erste Asset Management acting on behalf of Erste Realitná Renta, for an undisclosed purchase price.

7R has completed the issuance of Series D bonds with a nominal value of PLN 52 million (approximately €12.14 million). The bonds were issued for three years and bear interest at WIBOR 6M + 4.25%. The offering was subscribed by institutional investors and selected high-net-worth individual investors.

Industrial developer CTP has signed a dual tranche sustainability-linked Asian loan facility worth ¥22.5 billion (€122.5 million equivalent) and $180 million. The proceeds will fund the company's development pipeline.
