7R is launching 7R Park Warsaw South III, a warehouse park in Sękocin near Warsaw comprising two buildings with a total leasable area of approximately 47,000 sqm. Construction begins in early August 2026. Before breaking ground, 7R has already signed its first lease: Strefa Tenisa, Poland's largest e-commerce retailer of tennis equipment, has taken 3,500 sqm.

DL Invest Group has secured financing exceeding €146 million to refinance a portfolio of six logistics parks with a combined gross leasable area of approximately 260,000 sqm. The financing was provided by Erste Group and Erste Bank Polska, with CMS acting as legal adviser to the lenders.

CTP has signed a long-term lease with Quick Service Logistics (QSL) for a 10,658 sqm built-to-suit distribution centre at CTPark Budapest Vecsés. The facility will include more than 10,100 sqm of frozen, chilled and ambient storage space, plus over 500 sqm of offices, and is expected to be completed in October 2026.

The Czech industrial market reached a total stock of 13.78 million sqm in Q2 2026, with 189,600 sqm of new warehousing space delivered across 10 industrial parks — a 37% decrease quarter-on-quarter and 21% year-on-year. The largest completed project was CTPark Brno Líšeň (45,000 sqm), followed by EQT Exeter Park Prague D8 Lužec (44,200 sqm), both delivered speculatively, and Aventin Business Park Dyje (24,500 sqm), which was fully leased upon completion.

FedEx has opened a new logistics centre in Košice, strengthening connections between eastern Slovakia and international markets. The facility, the company's second-largest location in Slovakia, spans nearly 1,000 sqm and features 18 loading ramps for pick-up and delivery, plus four flexible loading positions for both vans and long-haul vehicles.

Panattoni has commenced construction of a 16,500 sqm cross-dock logistics terminal for InPost near Toruń. Developed on a build-to-suit basis, the facility is scheduled for completion by the end of summer 2025.

Developer GRIDARCH has completed the third phase of construction at Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park (#OAMP) in Mošnov. Three new industrial halls with a total leasable area of 124,000 sqm will serve as BMW Group's overseas logistics distribution centre, with DP World appointed to manage logistics operations. Pilot operations are now under way, with the centre expected to be fully operational by the end of 2026.

Harden Construction has begun work on Panattoni Park Poznań East III, a 46,000 sqm build-to-suit logistics centre in Poznań for a food logistics operator specialising in the transport, storage and distribution of fresh, chilled and frozen goods. Construction started in May.

Momentum in Hungary's industrial and logistics real estate market has continued into 2026, according to HelloParks' leasing results for the first half of the year. The company secured almost 60,000 sqm of new lease agreements across its megaparks in this period. The figures indicate that tenants value modern developments that combine locations with the flexibility required to support evolving business operations.

Hungarian developer Innovinia has completed construction of an industrial-logistics facility at IGPark Nyíregyháza. The facility comprises a nearly 31,000 sqm, fully customised, Built-to-Suit (BTS) light industrial manufacturing unit, which has already been taken over by the tenant, automotive producer CAIP.
