Cushman & Wakefield Slovakia has appointed Tomáš Lörincz as Head of Retail Agency, effective September 2026. Lörincz brings more than 20 years of experience in B2B sales and a decade of real estate practice, and will lead the retail leasing team in Slovakia.

Karel Stránský, an experienced figure in the Czech industrial real estate market, has rejoined the industrial team at Colliers Czech Republic as a strategic consultant. He first joined Colliers in 1996 and was instrumental in establishing the company's industrial real estate division in the country. By 2009, he had led transactions covering over three million sqm of industrial space and land, representing tenants, investors and developers.

P3 Logistic Parks has appointed Simon Carter as its new chief executive, with Carter joining the company on 7 September 2026 as CEO-designate before formally assuming the role on 17 September 2026. Frank Pörschke, who has led P3 for nearly six years, will step down and support Carter and the wider leadership team during the transition period.

Søren Rodian Olsen, a professional with more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and financial services, has joined Newmark Polska as Executive Board Director and Head of Capital Markets, effective 1 September 2026. Savills has appointed Naďa Kováčiková as Head of Leasing and Business Development at Savills Slovakia, as the firm continues to expand its presence in Central and Eastern Europe. The Bratislava office was established at the start of 2026, and the appointment is intended to support both existing clients and new business development in the Slovak market.

Bence Buday has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the HIPA Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency, effective 28 July 2026. His appointment marks the beginning of a new chapter for the agency, with a strong focus on further strengthening HIPA's strategic role, enhancing its operational excellence, and reinforcing Hungary's competitiveness as an investment destination.

GTC has announced changes to the leadership of its Polish operations. From July 2026, the business in Poland will be overseen through a matrix management structure. Danny Bercovich will be responsible for the retail segment, while the office business will be led locally by Łukasz Jarzyło, Commercial Director, working under the oversight of Ziv Gigi, who is responsible for the office segment at the Group level. GTC's matrix organisation combines local market responsibility with Group-level oversight of key business lines across Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Serbia and Croatia.
