Scallier, a Poznań-based commercial real estate company active in Poland and Romania, is expanding its management team. Since mid-April 2025, Rafał Langer has been leading the company’s Property Management Department as Head of Property Management.

Rüdiger Dany, CEO of NEPI Rockcastle will step down from his position in March 2026, with the group initiating a transition period to identify his successor.

Charles Irvine Group LLP and ARC Capital Markets have agreed to merge in an equity swap deal. The new entity will operate under the Charles Irvine name, combining operations across the UK, Poland, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, with plans to expand into Amsterdam and Milan between 2026 and 2028.
