Stanislav Prokop has been appointed Head of Finance CZ at P3 Logistic Parks, succeeding Vendula Červenková. Prokop is familiar with the organisation, having worked in its finance department since 2019.

Over the past seven years, Prokop has held the roles of business analyst and financial controller at P3, leading the controlling department from December 2022. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, gained at international corporations including Holcim, Infosys and Essity, where he specialised in the optimisation and standardisation of financial processes, team management and IFRS reporting. He has also managed finances, budgets and capital investments as head of finance at a smaller municipal company.

"I congratulate Stanislav on this next career step at P3. His experience in controlling and knowledge of our business are an excellent foundation for the new role. I believe he will make the most of it and that finance will remain a stable support for our development in the Czech Republic," said Peter Jánoši, director of P3 Logistic Parks for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

"My goal is for finance to be a reliable partner for the business. By making smart use of technology, we will reduce routine work and the team will have more space to understand the performance of our parks and support decisions that will lead to further portfolio growth in the Czech Republic," said Stanislav Prokop, the new Head of Finance CZ at P3 Logistic Parks.

P3 Logistic Parks owns, manages and develops industrial properties across Europe, with a total leasable area of over 10.1 million sqm and 3.5 million sqm of land in key logistics locations ready for immediate construction. The company operates in 10 countries, is headquartered in Prague and employs over 280 people across 11 offices. In the Czech Republic, P3 owns and manages 95 industrial properties across 15 parks, with a total leasable area of over 1.4 million sqm.
