Crestyl, the development and investment group, has appointed Andrej Zveržhanovski as its CFO for the Czech Republic. In this key position, he has become part of Crestyl's management.

At the end of 2024, Jakub Leszczyński, was appointed to the role of Transaction Director at Accolade. In his new position, Jakub is responsible for the comprehensive management of transactional processes, including project financing and refinancing, the selection and structuring of development processes, and the acquisition of warehouse projects. One of his significant achievements since assuming this role has been executing one of the largest green refinancing deals in Poland, valued at €180 million.

Cushman & Wakefield has strengthened the hospitality leadership team in Central, Eastern & Southeastern Europe. Alina Cazachevici has become the Head of Valuation & Advisory for Hospitality and Alternative sector in Central, Eastern & Southeastern Europe. 

Industrial developer Global Vision has announced the appointment of Antoanela Comșa as Deputy CEO. 

Addleshaw Goddard announced its entry into the Polish market through the agreement with Linklaters for the transfer of its Warsaw office. The new Warsaw office of AG will serve as a regional hub, enabling the firm to deliver legal expertise and services to clients across Poland, the CEE region and Turkey. 

Speedwell Development has appointed Maria Jianu as its new Leasing Director, tasked with growing the tenant portfolio and strengthening strategic partnerships for projects such as Queens District, SpacePlus and Paltim.

Penta Real Estate has announced a change in the management of the Slovak part of the company. The current Country Managing Director Juraj Nevolník is leaving the company for personal reasons. He is going to be replaced by Michal Rehák, currently working in the Business Director position. 

Romanian office developer Genesis Property has named Ionel Purice as CEO. He has previously held the position of CEO of Genesis Development, part of the same group. 

Asset manager Kamco Invest has partnered up with a team led by Ian Worboys to launch European Green Logistics Space (EGLS). 

Camelia Ene has been appointed CEO of Roca Industry, the first Romanian holding company of construction materials manufacturers. She is replacing Ionuț Bindea, who hold the roles of Chairman of the Board and Senior Investment Manager of Roca Investments.
