Speedwell Development has appointed Maria Jianu as its new Leasing Director, tasked with growing the tenant portfolio and strengthening strategic partnerships for projects such as Queens District, SpacePlus and Paltim.

Penta Real Estate has announced a change in the management of the Slovak part of the company. The current Country Managing Director Juraj Nevolník is leaving the company for personal reasons. He is going to be replaced by Michal Rehák, currently working in the Business Director position. 

Romanian office developer Genesis Property has named Ionel Purice as CEO. He has previously held the position of CEO of Genesis Development, part of the same group. 

Asset manager Kamco Invest has partnered up with a team led by Ian Worboys to launch European Green Logistics Space (EGLS). 

Camelia Ene has been appointed CEO of Roca Industry, the first Romanian holding company of construction materials manufacturers. She is replacing Ionuț Bindea, who hold the roles of Chairman of the Board and Senior Investment Manager of Roca Investments.

CTP has appointed Jakub Kodr as its new Managing Director for the Czech Republic. Jakub has taken over the leadership of CTP as of January 2025. 

YIT Slovakia has presented the new management of the company. Now it consists of up to 8 directors. The change came at a time when YIT Slovakia plans to revolutionise construction and development.

The Accolade concern, which invests in industrial and production real estate across Europe, is opening a branch in Zagreb and Ivana Barać has joined as the new business director of Accolade Croatia. 

CPIPG has announced a few changes in its top management. Over the past ten years, the composition of CPIPG’s Board of Directors has evolved to meet the expectations of its international stakeholders and the needs of its expanding business. The Vitek Family Trust (VFT), the Group’s majority shareholder, is actively supporting changes leading to enhanced independence.

As of December,  EP Real Estate (EPRE) from the EP Corporate Group is headed by Petr Palička, the former long-time head of the Penta real estate division, reports E15.cz.
