Cushman & Wakefield has signed an exclusive affiliate agreement with CBS International to deliver commercial property services in Austria. The affiliate agreement builds upon an existing successful relationship between the two firms, with CBS International having been Cushman & Wakefield’s affiliate in Serbia and Montenegro since 2018 and Croatia since 2019.

With the addition of János Gárdai in April and Dr. Ildikó Rézműves in May, Biggeorge Property Plc.'s top management was further expanded. The two new directors are responsible for the areas of asset management and communications in the Hungarian company. János Gárdai also serves as a member of the Board of Directors. Romanian property group Impact Developer & Contractor has announced the appointment of Richard Dan-Sebastian Câmpeanu as interim General Manager starting June 1 following a decision of the Board of Directors. He will replace Constantin Sebeșanu, who will complete a 3-year stint at the helm of the company.

Cushman & Wakefield in the Czech Republic has appointed Petr Dolejš Head of Office Asset Services team.

Romanian developer River Development has appointed Oana Rădulea as Managing Partner, replacing Liviu Birău. She assumed her new role in January 2024.

Colliers announced a change in the Managing Director position in Slovakia. Richard Urvay, Colliers’ current Managing Director in Slovakia is departing the business by the end of April to take up a client-side role. Tewfik Sabongui, current Managing Partner in the Czech Republic, will expand his responsibilities to include being Managing Director of Slovakia.
