Oded Rahamim has been appointed by the Supervisory Board of GTC S.A. as Member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 December 2026. His appointment marks a return to GTC, where he previously spent three years as financial director in Poland and temporarily fulfilled the responsibilities of group CFO.

Rahamim brings over 15 years of international experience in senior finance roles across listed and multinational companies in the real estate and entertainment sectors. He began his career at KPMG Israel and subsequently held several finance positions within Cineworld Group PLC, including Financial Manager and Board Member of Cinema City Bulgaria in Sofia from 2011 to 2014, Finance Manager leading group reporting in London from 2014 to 2016, and Financial Director for Poland in Warsaw from 2017 to 2020.

Between 2021 and 2024, Rahamim served as Financial Director for GTC's Polish operations, where he was responsible for financing and refinancing transactions, budgeting, cash flow management, tax matters and IFRS reporting. He also contributed to building and leading the company's finance team. Since 2025, he has served as Chief Financial Officer, Deputy CEO and Board Member of Sivanet, a residential developer operating in Poland. He holds a degree in economics and accounting from the University of Haifa and is a certified public accountant with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.

At the same time, the Supervisory Board accepted the resignation of Jacek Baginski from his position as Member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer. GTC noted that he joined during a particularly challenging period and successfully fulfilled the tasks entrusted to him.

GTC Group has operated in Central and Eastern Europe for 30 years and has developed 82 office buildings and shopping centres totalling 1.4 million sqm. It currently manages a portfolio of 41 properties offering 687,000 sqm of leasable space in major cities across Poland, as well as in Budapest, Bucharest, Belgrade and Sofia, and owns nearly 5,100 residential units in Germany. GTC S.A. shares are listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
