Peakside Capital Advisors has appointed Krzysztof Godleś as Project Manager for City Point Targówek, a multi-phase brownfield regeneration scheme in Warsaw developed through a joint venture with Partners Group. Godleś brings nearly 30 years of experience in real estate development and construction management across the logistics, retail and residential sectors.
In his new role, Godleś will oversee the planning and delivery of subsequent phases at City Point Targówek, coordinating design and construction activities and managing contractor relationships. His experience spans the full development lifecycle, from feasibility studies and permitting through to project handover.
"City Point Targówek is one of our key developments in Poland and an important part of our urban logistics strategy in Warsaw. Once completed, the park will provide approximately 100,000 sqm of modern warehouse, production and service space. Krzysztof brings extensive experience in managing complex developments across different real estate sectors. His technical expertise, commercial understanding and proven track record in project delivery will be valuable as we move forward with the next phases of City Point Targówek," said Steven Davis, Managing Director CEE at Peakside Capital Advisors.
Before joining Peakside Capital Advisors, Godleś ran his own consultancy, having previously held senior positions at 6B47 Poland and Home Developer. His career includes student accommodation projects in Warsaw and Wrocław, the Silesia Outlet development in Gliwice and the Zielove residential scheme in Wyszków. As Head of Development and Construction at ORCO Property Group, he oversaw residential projects including Złota 44 in Warsaw. He also spent time at Tesco Polska, where he was involved in the development of more than 60 retail properties and two distribution centres in Teresin, and began his career at Gleeds Polska.
City Point Targówek is located on a site of approximately 23 hectares and will ultimately provide around 100,000 sqm of warehouse, production and service space. Individual buildings are assessed against BREEAM, LEED and WELL Health-Safety Rating standards and the requirements of the EU Taxonomy.
