Real estate advisory firm Savills has been appointed as the leasing agent for office space in Karolkowa Business Park, located in Warsaw’s Wola district.

Property company Point Development says it will deliver 107 apartments in its resi scheme City Point in the first half of 2022.  

Romanian property company Metav says that it will kick off the development of a new mixed-use scheme in Bucharest in the second half of 2022. 

European Logistics Investment (ELI) has commenced constructing a logistics centre in Błonie near Warsaw. The Park Warsaw West X project by ELI and its partner Panattoni is planned as a multi-let facility offering nearly 49,000 sqm of modern warehouse space. The investment is planned to be delivered in Q2 2022.

Romania's Impact Developer & Contractor says its revenue amounted to €22.29 million in the first nine months, while the profit stood at €7.3 million. 

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused many widespread changes in the booming Polish residential market. Romanian developer One United Properties recorded a record turnover of RON 627.7 million (€126.8 million) in the first nine months of the year, up 87% year-on-year, while the gross profit gained 186% y/y to RON 293.3 million (€48.3 million) on higher residential sales and increased occupancy rates in offices.
