YIT Slovakia has reached a significant regulatory milestone in the development of its Mlynárka project in Bratislava. Following the building placement decision issued by the district in November 2025, the developer obtained legal planning permission on 18 December 2025 for the first phase of the development, comprising blocks B, C, and E. This approval allows the company to transition the project into the next phase of the formal authorisation process.

Geosan Development has launched the construction of its largest residential project Re.Start Petynka with 283 apartments and commercial ground floor, while it also kicked off the Benkova Rezidence on Chodov, comprising two boutique "villa-houses" with 40 apartments. The company also completed another phase of building plot development for individual family house construction in Choťánky near Poděbrady and delivered the Rezidence Radimova Břevnov complex in Prague, featuring 101 homes.

Era Park has completed the takeover of the Ferio Wawer retail project in Warsaw from Strabag Real Estate Poland at the end of 2025. Savills Poland acted as the exclusive transaction advisor, securing the buyer and coordinating the entirety of the disposal process.  

Shopper Park Plus has entered into an agreement to acquire eight retail parks in Poland from Auchan Polska and Ceetrus Polska. The transaction is expected to complete in the first quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

Bucharest Mayor Ciprian Ciucu signed in late December a €29.7 million loan agreement with the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) to finance the consolidation of six buildings at seismic risk.

Flexible workspace provider Mindspace Romania has maintained a stable average occupancy of approximately 80% throughout 2025, counting nearly 100 member companies, with locations in Piața Victoriei and Pipera.

Generali Fond Realit, managed by Generali Investments CEE and using advisory services from Generali Real Estate, has completed the acquisition of a portfolio of three Lidl supermarkets spanning 6,816 sqm, which are located in Mníšek pod Brdy, Kutná Hora and Olomouc. The transaction was completed in partnership with Czech investment group Star Capital Finance (SCF).

Industrial developer Panattoni has acquired a 9-hectare plot in Zakrzów and will build the Panattoni Park Kraków East VI project, which will include two facilities: an 11,000 sqm BTS building for a logistics operator and a 16,000 sqm speculative warehouse.

The Czech Republic will launch a new investment fund to support affordable housing, combining public and private capital with EU funding sources.
