Colliers has introduced a new Design and Build business line to complement its existing Workplace Advisory services. Together, these two areas can provide comprehensive one-stop solutions for tenants, from the idea of relocation to the handover process. 

A growing number of office developers in Romania are beginning to deliver to tenants unequipped, ”cold shell” space without fixtures and finishes. Meanwhile, tenants are investing at least €‎30 per sqm of their development budget for demolition and reconfiguration to adapt the space to specific needs and strategic plans, according to Colliers' data.

IAD Investments' Prvý realitný fond has acquired the Pribinova 19 office building, which is part of the Eurovea City waterfront district in Bratislava. It is a technologically advanced administrative and commercial building with a green park with a fountain, benches, playgrounds, and a zone for dog walkers. The price of the transaction was not published.

Panattoni is developing a distribution centre for  ORBICO Supply – a logistics operator from the Orbico Polska group, responsible for the distribution of over 50 global brands. On completion the BTS centre in Teresin will have an area of 38,000 sqm.

Logistics operators accounted for approximately 50% of the Q1 2023 demand for industrial spaces in Romania which totaled 330,000 sqm, up 10% year-on-year, according to Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

LeadCrest Capital Partners announced two transactions in Poland: a new industrial sale-leaseback as well as €20 million sale-leaseback acquisition of three retail warehouses.

H2 Energy, a subsidiary of Westa Investments, has signed an agreement with JLL. The contract covers advisory support regarding investment located in Poland’s Lubuskie province. The investor plans to build one of the largest Hydrogen Valleys in Europe, which will be based on large-scale wind and photovoltaic farms. The role of JLL's experts in the project will be to obtain a partner interested in jointly developing the hydrogen hub with H2 Energy.
