Bratislava-based investor-developer Synapsis Property Ventures is preparing a set of 37 family houses, with the aim of creating community family housing, near the Slovak capital’s Knižkova dolina area. Each house will have approximately 140 sqm of net usable area. The estimated investment of the project is €20 million.

Penta Real Estate announced the finalisation of their newest land acquisition in the centre of Bratislava. The company bought a 3-ha (30,000 sqm) plot of land that is bordered by Mlynské nivy, Chalupkova and Košická streets. The seller is HB Reavis. Both parties have agreed that the amount of the transaction will not be disclosed. 

The Polish office buildings owned by PineBridge Benson Elliot and Sharow Capital - the Diamentum Office in Wrocław, Okrąglak and Kwadraciak in Poznań, Forum 76 in Łódź, Opera Office in Gdańsk and Vinci Office Center in Kraków - have renewed the WELL Health-Safety Rating certification. Panattoni continues to grow its portfolio of urban centres in Warsaw. The company has begun construction of City Logistics Warsaw IX next to the junction of ul. Utrata and ul. Zabraniecka in the city’s Targówek Fabryczny district, and the value of the investment will amount to €19 million. Half of the space is to be occupied by Inter-Mlecz, a distributor of some of the biggest grocery brands. The company is to move its current operations without disruption from a nearby location.
