GTC announced that Ziv Gigi has been promoted to Executive Director for the Southeast Europe region. In his new role, he will be responsible for all operations of the office sector in Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia and Croatia. Massive construction is underway on one of the artificial peninsulas being created off the UAE's coast. The Czech company Preston Capital is now investing in a four-star hotel complex there. It plans to invest $50 million (€48 million) in Ras al-Khaimah, E15.cz reported.

Panattoni has completed an investment in the Warminsko-Mazurskie province. Almost all of Panattoni Park Elbląg's space has been leased to Flex, a global supplier of equipment and technology. The facility is also used by the courier network DPD Polska. 

Industrial and logistics developer CTP has announced the expansion of CTPark Bucharest South through the construction of a new warehouse set to almost double the total leasable area of the project to around 150,000 sqm.
