Logicor has started construction of its first regional logistics park in the Czech Republic. The site, located close to key road networks linking Prague and the city of Liberec, was a brownfield and is being redeveloped in two phases to create two modern warehouses, totalling 20,000 sqm, including 1,800 sqm of office space. One of the buildings will have a cross-dock facility.

The first phase of construction is underway, with demolition, groundworks and column structure already complete.

As part of this redevelopment, Logicor will contribute to new cycle paths, road improvements and landscaped public areas. Where possible, local suppliers have been used.

The buildings will target high sustainability standards, including BREEAM certification Very Good, energy-saving technologies, such as PV panels, a new tree alley, additional greenery, and cycling paths. The site is also located next to a rail siding that handles freight trade.

Logicor Příšovice's first phase is scheduled for completion in mid-2024.
