Accolade gets €54 million refinancing by Aareal Bank

Accolade and Aareal Bank have closed a refinancing deal, with a total value of €54 million (CZK 1.4 billion) for four Polish parks: in Bydgoszcz, Białystok, Mińsk Mazowiecki and Legnica. This is a sequel to their previous transaction, concluded last year, whose value amounted to €153 million (CZK 4 billion). Apart from increasing portfolio profitability, the refinancing is also to support the execution of Accolade’s strategy that aims to develop modern business in Europe.

All new Panattoni investments to be BREAAM "Excellent" certified

Panattoni has become the first developer in the sector to introduce BREEAM certification at the ‘Excellent’ level as the standard for all its new facilities. To date, Panattoni has built 5,7 million sqm of space that has qualified for green certificates and tops the rankings for sustainable industrial construction. Accolade and Panattoni to build robotics centre for Amazon

EPP distributable earnings up 54% in H1 2021

EPP’s net asset value per share increased by 3% to €1.12. New leases

  • 7R Park Poznań West has been fully leased. The latest tenants are Still, a supplier of forklifts and warehouse technology, and Cycle, a company offering services for electric bicycles. Both companies will occupy a total of 6,800 sqm of space.
  • Eurocash Group is staying at the Warsaw office complex Diuna from the portfolio of PineBridge Benson Elliot and Syrena Real Estate for the next few years.The company has signed an agreement to lease four floors in Building A, totalling nearly 4,600 sqm of space.
  • MEDiVET S.A., a provider of veterinary services and products, has leased more than 6,500 sqm of warehouse and office space in Fortress Logistics Park Bydgoszcz. It was advised by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.

New appointments

  • Polski Związek Firm Deweloperskich (Polish Association of Property Developers) elected new authorities at its general meeting in Katowice. Maciej Wandzel was elected chairman of the board. He will replace Grzegorz Kiełpsz, who became honorary president of the PZFD.
  • Piotr Herian has taken up the position of ISS CFO for Poland and the Baltics. ISS is a leading company in the creation of friendly workplaces and comprehensive facilities management.
  • Paulina Strutyńska has been promoted to the position of Leasing & Asset Director at Skanska’s commercial development business unit. She is now responsible for leasing processes in the Warsaw market as well as Key Customer Management. Agnieszka Krawczyk-Rogowska is responsible for project commercialization and client liaison in Gdańsk, Kraków, and Bucharest, while Marek Stasieńko is responsible for the Wrocław, Poznań, and Łódź markets.
