Echo Investment has completed the sale of Libero shopping centre in Katowice to Estonian investment firm Summus Capital for €103 million. This marks the largest single retail property acquisition in Poland in 2025.

The Office for the Protection of Competition in the Czech Republic has approved the merger of PPF Real Estate, a competitor, with Diplomat Prague RE and the company Hotels by HR Diplomat. 

From mid-October, László Csapó will take up the position of Director of Business Development at Danubius Hotels Zrt. Cluj-based entrepreneur Dorin Bob's company Studium Green has completed the sale of 157,000 sqm of land in Jilava, near Bucharest, to retail group Altex and furniture retailer Mömax, part of Austrian company XXXLutz. The total value of the transactions between Studium Green and both companies exceeds €17 million.

According to the latest Savills report, the supply of modern office space in Poland's eight largest regional cities reached 6.73 million sqm. While the market shows signs of stabilisation, new supply has slowed significantly. Between January and September, only 18,000 sqm of office space was delivered - 76% less than in the same period of 2024.
