YIT has completed the tenth phase of the Suomi Hloubětín residential complex in Prague 9. The Tampere building contains 68 apartments and 5 commercial spaces, with only two retail units remaining for sale.

"With the completion of Tampere, we have finished another key phase of the gradually emerging Finnish quarter," said Dana Bartoňová, Commercial Director of YIT Stavo. "The building contributes to creating a full-fledged urban environment with emphasis on housing quality, functional public space with greenery and a sustainable approach to construction."

The 13-storey building with a 4-storey side section offers apartments sized between 35 and 104 sqm. All units include balconies or terraces. Interior standards feature triple-glazed windows with preparation for external blinds, and selected units include air conditioning preparation.

The development includes underground and outdoor parking, storage rooms, bicycle storage, and spaces for washing bikes and dogs. Five commercial spaces on the ground floor will complement services throughout the district. YIT has incorporated sustainable and energy-efficient elements including photovoltaics, accumulation and retention tanks, garage spaces prepared for electric vehicle charging, recycled concrete, LED lighting in common areas, and green roofs.

Future residents will be able to take possession of their units during spring 2026. YIT continues preparing the final Rosala phase and the concluding Osto phase of the adjacent Lappi Hloubětín project, which will include additional civic amenities including a supermarket.
