Estonian hotel network Legend Hotels will take over management of the Courtyard by Marriott Gdynia Waterfront in November 2025, becoming the new operator of the property. The hotel will continue to be owned by Vastint, while Legend Hotels will be responsible for its daily operations.
This transition marks Legend Hotels' 10th property in Eastern Europe and strengthens its presence in Central and Eastern Europe, underlining its commitment to the region.
Tauri Sumberg, Board Member of Legend Hotels, emphasised Poland's market potential and the company's 15 years of operations in the country, managing properties such as Sound Garden Hotel Warsaw Airport, Courtyard by Marriott Szczecin, Moxy Szczecin, and Sopot Marriott Resort & Spa.
As part of the transition, Legend Hotels and Vastint have agreed to integrate the existing hotel staff into Legend Hotels. Daily operations will continue seamlessly, with General Manager Aneta Stępkowska and her team ensuring continuity for guests and partners.
Legend Hotels currently operates across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and Slovakia, focusing on sustainable growth and delivering hospitality under both international brands and independent concepts.
