With Andrzej at the helm, we are entering a new growth phase where we build a platform that enables tenants and partners to operate smarter, faster, and more sustainably," said Petri Valkama, Partner & Head of Strategic Transactions at Urban Partners (previously NREP).
"My priorities are clear: strong execution, close cooperation with customers, and a focus on solutions that meet operational requirements, not only on the day of handover, but throughout the lease term. The logistics real estate landscape is evolving rapidly hence tenants want more than just space. They want performance, sustainability, and strategic alignment and our mission will be to anticipate those needs and deliver solutions that empower our clients to scale with confidence, according with our beyond warehouse attitude," said 7R's CEO.
Wroński's appointment marks a new chapter for the company, rooted not only in delivering warehouse space, but also in creating a comprehensive ecosystem of solutions tailored to help tenants focus on core business operations.
