Shopper Park Plus has entered into an agreement to acquire eight retail parks in Poland from Auchan Polska and Ceetrus Polska. The transaction is expected to complete in the first quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
On 23 December 2025, SPP and its eight Polish subsidiaries signed the acquisition agreement with sellers Auchan Polska and Ceetrus Polska. The deal involves retail parks located across Poland.
To finance the acquisition, SPP's Polish subsidiaries have secured funding through Aareal Bank. The borrowers executed a term sheet with the German lender on 23 December 2025, with the facility agreement expected to be finalised in January 2026.
