CBRE has appointed Martina Tomašević as Country Head Croatia within its South Eastern Europe operations, effective as of the start of 2026. In her new role, Tomašević will be responsible for leading and developing CBRE's business in Croatia across all services and sectors.


She brings nearly a decade of commercial real estate expertise to her new position. She joined CBRE in 2021 with the opening of CBRE SEE's office in Zagreb and currently serves as Head of Leasing Office Services for the Croatian market. She has successfully advised and executed transactions for global brands, earning recognition for her market knowledge and client-focused approach.

Her appointment follows a record-breaking year for CBRE SEE's Zagreb office in 2024, which achieved results and secured a leading position in the Croatian market.

Boško Tomašević, Managing Director SEE, said: "This appointment highlights our commitment to developing talent within the company and recognizes her contribution to CBRE. The new Country Head said: "Our team in Zagreb delivered record results in 2024 and secured a leading position in the market. Tomašević graduated from the University of Zagreb with a master's degree in Social Policy and is a licensed real estate agent certified by the Croatian Chamber of Commerce.

In his new role, he is responsible for delivering a variety of consultancy projects across all segments of the commercial real estate market in Poland. Kochanowski-Laren is an electrical engineer and a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology.
  • Colliers Hungary has appointed Balint Laszlo as Director and Head of Design & Build. Laszlo brings over a decade of expertise in technical project management and fit-out execution, with a specific focus on the office and industrial sectors. He previously served as Head of Fit Out at Futureal Group, where he managed project execution, technical delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. His professional background also includes site management and commercial leadership roles.
  • NEPI Rockcastle has nominated Zelda Roscherr as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Roscherr will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May 2026. André van der Veer, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM and will not seek re-election.
